O destaque ficou para Baldur's Gate 3, que venceu a categoria mais cobiçada, a Ultimate Game of the Year -— equivalente ao "Jogo do Ano". Além de ter sido o mais vitorioso com sete prêmios ao todo, incluindo Estúdio do Ano para a Larian Studios.
A maior surpresa fica para a vitória de Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom em apenas uma categoria, a de Jogo do Ano para Nintendo.
