O Eisner Awards é o principal prêmio de quadrinhos dos EUA e acontece anualmente durante a San Diego Comic-Con. A Image Comics foi um dos destaques da premiação, levando três dos prêmios principais. Os brasileiros Fábio Moon e Gabriel Bá também brilharam, recebendo o prêmio de Melhor Adaptação por Dois Irmãos, graphic novel baseada na obra de Milton Hatoum. Veja a lista completa dos vencedores:
